You can order from The Painted Parrot via phone if you prefer not to use the internet. Just call Corinne on 0412 718 510. You can also email me on the email address on the header of this page if you prefer this method.
Internet Orders:
Ordering form The Painted Parrot Toy Shop is easy! All you need to do is follow the steps below. Of course if you are not comfortable with ordering online, you can phone me on 0412 718 510 or email me on the email address on the header of this page.
1. Register/Login - you can click on the My Account link at the top right side of the page to create a new account. Click on the new customer link. You do not provide any financial or credit card details through my website, so it is perfectly safe to register! If you have already registered as a customer, click on the My Account link and sign in.
2. Find Toys - once you have found an item you would like to order, just click on the add to cart button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart and will show all of the items you have selected so far. You can also change the quantity of the selected items, or remove items if you wish. Just type in the new number and click on the Update button. This will give you a new total.
3. Checkout - once you have finished selecting items, click on the checkout button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
4. Check delivery details - check that your delivery details are correct. You can change the delivery details with the change details button.
5. Select Shipping Method - select the shipping method. Pre-paid satchel and Express Post satchels are for smaller items only, I cannot put bulky items in them.
6. Mention any special requests for delivery in the box and I will try to accommodate them. Then press continue.
7. Specify payment method - click on the method you would like to use. If you select bank deposit, please use your name as the reference as it is very hard for me to keep track of everyones payments otherwise. Please note, bank deposits take 1 to 3 days depending on your bank, so please allow for this time when making your order. I do not send the order until payment is received.
8. You can also select cheque, please send the cheque to: The Painted Parrot, PO Box 1209 Baulkham Hills, NSW, 1755. Please note that cheques take a few days to clear, so please allow for this time when making your order - I do not send the order until payment is received.
9. Confirm Order - Check all of the details you have entered, and if everything is ok, press the confirm order button.
10.If you have selected PAYPAL as the payment method, you will be redirected to the paypal website to complete the payment. VERY IMPORTANT! After completing the Paypal payment process, please make sure you return to this site to complete the order, or I will receive your payment but not your order!!
Order Complete! I will send your order as soon as payment is received - postage can take 1 - 4 business days, depending on where you are! |
