I use Australia Post for all shipping, as I have found this is the cheapest method and the best way for the customer to save. Prices are based on the cubic weight of your order, and are generated as you place your order from the postcode you enter when you sign up for an account. The shipping cost will be displayed when you enter the "checkout". This value will be shown before payment needs to be made. Courier delivery of some large items (like cages) may be possible in some cases, please email me for enquiries.
This site only generates shipping cost for Australian orders. I can ship to New Zealand, but you will need to email me for a shipping estimate and additional instructions, before you make your order.
Shipping to Major capital cities takes about 1-4 business days.

Please choose toys carefully as all sales after shipping are final and refunds will not be given for change of mind.
Please contact me if you require more information on a product or assistance in choosing appropriate sizes for your bird! Any item found to be faulty will of course be replaced.
